Business continuity at SAMES KREMLIN!

The Coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic continues to spread. To deal with this unprecedented health situation, SAMES KREMLIN is mobilized worldwide to ensure the highest level of hygiene and good health protection for our employees and external partners. We have implemented all recommended steps to protect our employees in the different countries in which we operate.

Thanks to those very strict measures, our global factories in France are resuming their activities. All support function teams are operational worldwide in a home office mode. We are thus able to ensure the continuity of operations in order to serve our customers throughout all our subsidiaries.

We want to thank our teams for their professionalism and involvement, as well as our suppliers and all our customers facing this crisis.

We are confident that the measures we have taken will enable us to be there for you in these challenging times. Take care!

Dear Customers and Partners,

During this time of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation, our number one priority is to keep our customers, employees, and partners safe and healthy.  Our company diligently follows government mandated labor policies and guidelines in all countries where we are located, including occupational health and safety standards. 

Most of our suppliers have stopped their activities.  Many non-Asiatic customers are stopping their shipments collection.  Therefore, our French factories are closed since Friday, March 20th. However, we are working on implementing particularly drastic health measures so that we can resume our activities.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Our support teams will continue working from their homes. You can reach your usual sales contact and after sales support by email and phone.  Technical support will be provided by phone and Visio conferencing. 

We will continue to enter your orders and integrate them into our supply management system in order to be ready to deliver equipment to you in the best conditions as soon as the activity resumes.
