This PU 2160F Mechanical Meter mixing solution for Airmix® applications includes pumping, metering (Plug & Spray). The PU 2160F pump is a very economical solution with fast (small fluid section) and easy (manifold) flushing and color changing with a low solvent consumption.
The PU 2160 F fixed dosing ratio pump is used to apply two component material for Airmix ® spraying. The proportioning pump is mounted on a cart and is composed of :
The hardener fluid section is built with Flowmax® bellow technology for long term usage even with moisture sensitive materials. This pump measures and mixes 2 components A and B to a single defined volume proportion.
Both fluid sections for base and hardener are coupled to an air motor. Their sizes have been calculated in order
that each delivers the base A and the hardener B to the predetermined proportion. As soon as the operator stops spraying, the proportioning pump stops cycling in order to always deliver frech material on demand.
We offer a choice of 4 mixing ratio of 1:1, 2:1, 5:1and 10:1. Every wetted parts are in standard stainless steel for 1/1 and 2/1 dosing ratio range and in 316L stainles steel for both 5/1 and 10/1 dosing ratio range, makes it compatible with water-based materials.
This dosing units is designed to be installed inside a spray booth because it is Atex approved.
