FPro Lock P spray gun, the New standard in Airspray takes the guesswork out of operator set-up to achieve constant high finishing quality!
The FPro Lock with pre-set adjustments is ideal for repeatable operator performance. Its lightweight reduces operator fatigue for extended use and makes a very big difference for any manual paint line at the end of every shift.
The PATENTED pending restrictor controls and pre-atomizes the paint into smaller droplets. It slows down the paint speed and increases the transfer efficiency for even better finish quality. The PATENDED pending Vortex spins the paint improving uniformity of the spray pattern and allows paint penetration into complex-shaped part areas.

The (patent pending) restrictor is an innovation from SAMES KREMLIN which enhances the Airspray technology.
This technology ensures high transfer efficiency (minimum 65%) with a low pressure of atomizing air (0.7 bar maxi).
LVLP is an Airspray technology offering a good mix between conventional and HVLP atomization technlogies.

Water-Based Wood Stains have all the advantages of oil-based stains. They spread easily, can be repaired, blend effortlessly & have plenty of open time. The thicker formula allows for controlled penetration, which will reduce blotching on softer woods such as Aspen, Pine & Maple.
A wood stain consists of a colorant suspended or dissolved in an agent or solvent. Colored, or ''stained", finishes do not penetrate the pores of the wood to any significant degree.

Catalyzed polyurethane clear coats and paints are prized for their durability and versatility around the world. Water-based polyurethane is popular because of its low odor & low toxicity. It goes on clear without adding a faint color like oil-based versions do & it dries much faster.
Polyurethane water-based coatings offer a very high chemical/physical resistance & steel effect & are environmentally friendly.
Polyurethane coatings are particularly recommended for application to surfaces subject to high levels of wear & tear where excellent chemical/physical resistance is required. The metallic parts will give a steel effect.
