Premium Finishing Application
Renowned range of magnetic bell cups associated with NW (Narrow to Wide) air shroud from the unsurpassed expertise of SAMES KREMLIN in Automotive industry allows taking advantage of the highest application quality.
High Transfer Efficiency - Low Overspray
SAMES KREMLIN bell-spraying technology increases the transfer efficiency allowing huge savings (up to 30%) in Paint Consumption compared to conventional Airspray gun.
Safe & Easy Installation - No HighVoltage
The non-electrostatic aspect brings a Safe & Easy Concept for integration, operation and maintenance whatever the material sprayed; either solvent-based, water-based, 1K or 2K paint and even on low payload robots.
To adapt to any kind of application, 3 bell cups sizes are available:
|EC35 NW||variable pattern from very narrow to small pattern|
|EC50 NW||variable pattern from narrow to large pattern|
|EX65 NW||variable pattern from narrow to large pattern & fine atomization|
Why did we develop the NANOBELL 801?
For years, we have been introducing the most sophisticated bell atomizers to the marketplace. The PPH 707 is a best seller in the Automotive industry and recognized as the most robust, internal charge atomizer. The Accubell 709 EVO, brings the utmost savings in paint thanks to its high transfer efficiency and fast & clean canister dosing technology.
SAMES KREMLIN has designed our first non-electrostatic rotary bell atomizer to meet the needs of our customers. The Nanobell 801 rotary bell technology for non-electrostatics is great when used on non-metallic parts with complexed-shaped or recessed areas (perfect for plastic parts).
The revolutionary NANOBELL 801 combines Airspray and rotary bell technologies up to 65,000 RPM. It offers all the benefits of rotary bell atomization to non-electrostatic applications such as high finishing paint savings and enhanced production speed with easier set-up and operation while at a lower investment cost.
NANOBELL 801 is available as a spraying head that is attached with (4) screws or with its straight support for reciprocators and also on robotic versions with either full or hollow wrists.

Epoxy primer/sealer is a non-porous finish that is typically recommended as the first base coat over bare steel.
Epoxy primer/sealer multi-component is a non-porous finish base mixed with a hardener that is typically recommended as the first base coat over bare steel.
Designed to hide profile & surface imperfections, multi-component polyurethane primers & sealers improve adhesion of top coats to the substrate due to the addition of a hardener.
Designed to hide profile & surface imperfections, water-based primers & sealers are environmentally friendly.
Designed to hide profile & surface imperfections, polyurethane primers & sealers promote adhesion of top coats to the substrate.
Polyurethane Top Coat is a two- or three-pack isocyanate-cured polyurethane that gives a durable, high gloss finish. Isocyanates included in the hardener are moisture-sensitive & need a specific process for insulating the circuit.
Top Coat Epoxys are used for decorative flooring applications, such as Terrazzo flooring, chip flooring & colored aggregate flooring.
Two-part epoxy coatings were developed for heavy duty service on metal substrates & use less energy than heat-cured.
Water-based polyurethane is popular because of its low odor & low toxicity. It goes on clear without adding a faint color like oil-based versions do & it dries much faster.
